These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from website use shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stevens County, Washington, unless you and we both agree in writing to arbitration. You waive any objection to venue in those courts.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede prior understandings.
